Terms of Use
Last updated 27 July 2026
The terms on which you may use the Montrent Hospitality Ltd website.
Before publishing. Replace every highlighted value and have this reviewed by a solicitor. The company details in section 1 are a legal disclosure requirement under the Companies Act 2006 and the Ecommerce Regulations 2002 — a UK company website must show them.
1. Who runs this site
This website is operated by Montrent Hospitality Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales.
- Company number: COMPANY NUMBER
- Registered office: REGISTERED ADDRESS
- VAT number: VAT NUMBER, or delete this line if not registered
- Email: info@montrenthospitality.com

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is for
This website describes our services and lets you get in touch. The content is general information only. It is not consultancy advice, and it is not a recommendation you should act on without speaking to us about your specific circumstances.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Any engagement begins only when we and you sign a written agreement.
3. The terms of any engagement
These terms govern your use of the website. They do not govern the services we provide. Consultancy, hotel management and event services are delivered under a separate written contract covering scope, fees, deliverables, liability, insurance, confidentiality and termination. Where these terms and a signed engagement contract conflict, the engagement contract takes precedence.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system.
- Introduce viruses, trojans, worms or other malicious material.
- Submit false, misleading or abusive content through the contact form.
- Systematically scrape or harvest content or data from the site.
- Reproduce, republish or redistribute our content commercially without our written permission.
We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, without notice, if you breach these terms.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, photography, graphics, the Montrent name and the arch mark — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may view, download and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not alter the content, use it commercially, or remove any copyright or trade mark notice. Quoting a short extract with clear attribution and a link back is fine.
6. Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free from errors or omissions, or that it will always be available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Statistics, market commentary and insight articles reflect our view at the time of writing and may go out of date.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party website, it is because we think it may be useful. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for anything on them. You follow such links at your own risk.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and because this site is provided free of charge for information:
- We exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations relating to this site to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- We are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or from reliance on its content.
This clause does not affect the separate liability position agreed in any engagement contract.
9. Privacy
Personal data submitted through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or your use of this site, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
